Why's winter crying?

Winter's are dry around these here parts, in general. I don't have to tell you
that. Well, I DO, because it's my job. I guess I could lie.
Winters are usually wet around these here parts.
I'm 6' tall.
Your Mom's turkey isn't dry at all.
Okay, now the punch-line..."but this is ridiculous."
Yes, the Ticker is definitely ridiculous, but especially how dry it's been. Now
the good news is we have two months left to go in winter.
The bad news? We have two months left to go in winter. WHERE ARE MY WARMIES AT??
Did that help at all? No. Here's the help we need.

Not bad for many, pretty good for some, kinda bad for a few. Or something like
that. The good news here is that the rain, at least the forecast part, has spread
a bit farther to the west.
The even better news is that the 5-day forecast is now the 3-day forecast, so
a bit more confidence. And as we mentioned yesterday, maybe a bit of marginally
severe weather to go with it on Wednesday and Thursday.

Well, it's SOME excitement, I guess. How about more rain, less severe stuff?
