Sprunged

Hey, if you think our grammar are bad, you should see our handwriting! It's all
over but the shouting now. Sure, we can get winter in March. Sometimes BIG winter,
like heavy snow and whatnot. And enough cold air to make February go "where'd that
come from?" But from the looks of the 2-week outlooks, we are headed to a mild
end to the month. Fitting after watching the long-range and then medium-range
and then short-range (WE'RE OUT OF RANGES!) forecast models to watch the evolution
of that snowstorm. Get ready for lots of sunshine, a few ups and downs in the
temperatures, but mostly above normal temps as we march towards, uhhhhh, March.
That also means very little in the way of precip, be it rain or snow or ice or
dark of night (oops, hey to the USPS!).

We're on the stretch run of our climatological march towards spring, which
begins on March 1. Astronomically, it begins on March 19. Astrological spring
begins on the planet Venus, with Mars in retrograde.

Oh, you want your weather horoscope?

March is about to hit us with more mood swings than a hormonal teenager.
Prepare for a whirlwind of weather antics that will leave you scratching your
head and searching for your missing umbrella. One moment you'll be basking in
the warmth of spring sunshine, and the next you'll be dodging raindrops the
size of golf balls. So, strap in, folks, and get ready for a rollercoaster ride
of meteorological madness! Just remember, if March throws you a curveball, just
dance in the rain and laugh it off. After all, who needs predictability?

I know, right? That could be for anybody!

At any rate, I'm off the rest of the week, just in time for some very boring
weather. Just remember through...climate is NEVER boring, just full of boring
people.
