Fallen
On the road again, and NO, I'm not working on my music. My last singing gig went
off the rails when I began my set with "Thunderstruck in Bikini Bottom:
SpongeBob's Weather Jam."
Needless to say, I wasn't asked back. But neither was this weather. Sure, most
like it, but asking ain't getting in Oklahoma. We get what Mother Nature serves
up. We had 6 months of summer more or less, then a week of fall, then a week of
winter, BACK to summer, and now back to fall.
The rain we were hoping for showed up, at least for SE OK. Heck, it's raining
right now for crying out loud!
Don't expect a lot, but a little is better than nothing (dang, I should sing
country and western!).
And that's about it for the next week at least.
It'll turn, don't worry. Maybe another storm brewing about 10 days out, just in
time for Thanksgiving week?
