NO NO LATTES!
I barely have time to Tick, let alone Tock. Turns out the Illuminati needed
somebody to oversee the peaceful transition of power to our lizard overlords, and
darned if I'm not the perfect person to sell us out, and all for the price of
an endless supply of cherry Pop-Tarts. I tried for chocolate donuts (the mini
ones...what, you think I'm a madman??), but apparently those are the first things
going away.
But I digress, AND waste time. It turns out not even the State Fair can save us
on this one, or so it would appear on the long-range outlooks. Simply put, prepare
for a long, drawn out period of hot weather (hottish, maybe, although I've never
been associated with that word outside of my own mind) with lots of sun, few
clouds (duh), and little chance for rain. We're talking this week and next week,
at least.
There were hopes for something tropical to nudge its way into the area, either
from the Pacific or Atlantic, but that fizzled out on both counts. There is
possibly a front on the way for the weekend, but it looks mostly dry at this
time.
So now it's all up to the State Fair. Oh yeah, the whole lizard thing has been
called off...turns out it was just indigestion. I hate when that happens.
Mini chocolate donuts...BACK ON!
