Fool me twice

See, if you deny it, it will cause it to happen, much like hair loss (I HEARD
THAT!). But, in reality, I do think we're gonna get some good rains up north, and
so do the folks that actually know how to forecast. Check out their views for the
next couple of days.

And that rain, including other rain chances into the Labor Day weekend, would
come not a moment too soon for that part of the state, which continues to see
drought intensify and spread.

That spot of D2-Severe drought up in the NW there in Harper and Woods counties
is the first in the state since June 29. We got lucky with the mild, wet
weather over the last couple of months, but now we are in the middle of a very
flash-droughty situation. The last 30 days alone will tell the tale.

Not good, no? Some good news, we should see a nice little cold front hit the
state Saturday into Sunday, leaving us with a very nice late weekend respite.

Wait, so if I had WANTED to be bald, I'd have jinxed myself into a full head of
hair?

RATS!
