Let's hear it for the Dads!
****
Hey, you know what it's called when it's raining ducks and chickens?
Fowl weather.
****
Yes, in honor of our Father's Day (or maybe Monday) miracle coming up in the form
of a backdoor cold front (i.e., a cold front coming from the NE instead of the
NW or just plain old N), we give you...Dad weather jokes. Some would say that
could be my ability to forecast, but they're mean and we'll ignore them. With
summer in full swing, and the heat and humidity once again escalating this week,
we will look to the forecast over the next few days to see if this gift from
the Great Lakes actually materializes. It could bring with it a hint of rain as
well, as you can see here on the forecast for next Monday and Tuesday. It ain't a
lot, but it's enough to keep us cloudy and a bit cooler.
****
How do meteorologists greet each other?
With heat waves
****
Wow, really, you kiss your Mother with that mouth? How about this...
****
Goodbye, foggy weather. You won't be mist.
****
As for the rest of this week, watch for this type of weather, just a bit hotter.
And stickier.
Remember, if you didn't have weather like now, you wouldn't appreciate early
next week so much.
****
Flooding problems at home?
I Noah guy.
