Happy Birthday to Someone Very Special

Today's Ticker comes from a remote location - the Oklahoma State
Capitol - where the Entire Ticker Staff is participating in the
state's gubernatorally-proclaimed Prematurity Awareness Day.
Speaking of state government, the Ticker wishes a happy 97th
birthday to the Great State of Oklahoma!

The Freeze Map Goes "Accessible"

Some technological wizardry by OCS staffer David Demko has produced
a freeze-update map that is actually visible to the public (as opposed
to the Ticker Staff's version, which worked fine, as long as you were
on the OU campus).
