Hey, It Could Be Worse

Over the weekend, the last few Mesonet sites pulled out of a freeze
lasting three-plus days at a few stations.  That got us thinking
(a monumental feat in itself).  We looked into the longest freezing
periods in Oklahoma history for a few stations.  To be honest, they
were shorter than we expected:
