Ticker Now Includes State Records

For a while now, Tickers have included "records" for the Oklahoma
Mesonet.  An efficient and modern archive of Mesonet data allowed
the delivery of these marks.

Now, thanks to the new availability of old cooperative data, and
a lot of elbow grease from OCS's Climate Information Group, each
issuance of the Ticker now includes state records dating to the
1890s, which pre-dates the Mesonet's existence by 100 years.

The Ticker web site, http://ticker.mesonet.org/ , will soon be
updated in the same manner.
