New WxScope Plug-In Available

Version 3.0 of the Wxscope Plug-In is now available through the
OCS Software Development Group (SDG) web page.

The new plug-in features:

* Cursor tracking for all elements
* Automatic data refreshing
* Map element on-off toggling
* Scrollable legend
* The debut of the WxObjects Markup Language (WxML)
