Dispersion Model Revised

The Oklahoma Dispersion Model has been revised, following several
months of research and implementation.  The new version went on-line
earlier today, and is available at:

http://agweather.mesonet.org/models/dispersion/dispersion.html

Products include maps and tabular data for both current and forecast
atmospheric dispersion conditions.
