Know what?

Know what sounds good today? A great big heaping bowl of Wolf Brand Chili!
Know what else sounds good, neighbor? How about a big old mug of hot chocolate.
A big box of Red Hots? Hot Tamales?
No?
I thought so. Today could be the steamiest day of the year thus far, even more so
than back on April 12 when Bob Stoops (insert any other name with a gigantic
mansion here) let all his showers run on hot with his doors open .
Wait, heat index? The actual air temps will probably get ya!

But just wait, because relief is on the way tomorrow and Friday.

And with that, a chance of rain, which we still desperately need in these here
parts. Those there parts, too.

So all we gotta do is get through today, then we'll be cruising to Fall in
just a matter of, uhhhhhhhh....5 or 6 (or 7) months. Then 2 days later, winter
will set in.
That's all.
