The goal is set

I know about as much about soccer as I do hair care products. Like, why isn't it
1-to-zero instead of 1-nil? And why does the clock go past 90 minutes? And why
is it a match and not a game?

All of these questions and more will be answered...not here. What I will answer
is the call for more rainfall, and it looks like we are going to get into a
nice mid-June rainy pattern across the state. And with that comes a chance of
some severe weather.

Also in classic mid-June pattern, we're talking some wind and hail, and if you
speak wind and hail, you know it's close to gibberish. We're also still dealing
with heat (ahem...MID-JUNE!). Today will be hot and steamy, but tomorrow will
be HOT AND STEAMY. Let's get through today first, though. We'll deal with
tomorrow, uhhhhhhhh...tomorrow.

The air is juicy, which gives us that heat index of 100-110F in those select
unlucky places.

But it'll hopefully give us all that rain, too.
