Miserly

I'd like to come on here and be able to say I'm tough, that my face soap is Lava
brand. I use sandpaper for TP, and Tobasco Sauce as eye drops.

However, those boasts would ring false considering that we had ONE DAY of winter-
like lows (or just autumnal?) yesterday and I folded like a cheap tent.

All those 30s and 40s, and even our first freeze in the state up in the
Panhandle...first time we've seen 32 or below in Oklahoma since May 3, to be
exact.

Gross!

A much different story today.

We replaced the calm conditions of yesterday morning that helped all that heat
to radiate upwards away from our little layer here close to the surface and
replaced it with strong SW winds that have mixed that heat right back downwards.

And those winds will continue to bluster for the rest of the day. Yes, it will
be "blustery" with gusts up to 45 mph at times.

Sadly (for me, not sure about you...REALLY not sure about you--what's your deal
anyway??), today might be our warmest day for the rest of the year, which is a
roundabout way to say that this might be summer's last gasp. We see mostly 70s

Those graphics gave away possibly the best news. Hair.

Whoops, that's on my mind (but not my head). I meant to type "rain." Check out
this lovely rainfall forecast as we see more rain chances later this week.

Will it come through? Four-to-five days away can see big changes, but we're
hopeful. The last rain was nice, but not nearly widespread nor heavy enough.

We did manage to reset some of those ugly maps, though, at least in some places.

Unfortunately, we're about to reset the temperatures as well with another cold
front tonight.

I'll adapt, but I won't like it!
