Windage

Well, we almost did it yesterday. No, not ate at Taco Bell...I feel fine this
morning. I'm talking 100s. We were so close to starting the summer (English to
Okie translation: spring) off right with a triple-digit or two, but we'll have
to settle with the next best thing.

Those 99s down in SW OK at Altus and Tipton are tied for the 14th-highest
temperature ever recorded for an April 13th in Oklahoma, which is about as boring
of a ranking I could come up with for some exceedingly boring weather. Hence, the
top graphic, which alludes to some excitement (dread?) returning to the state
for this week. I could have gone with today's cold front, but I'm not on speaking
terms with northerly winds.

Now there might be some storms on Wedensday (you spell it your way, I'll spell
it my way), but doesn't look like much. What DOES look like much is next
weekend's rainfall amounts.

And it doesn't end there it would appear.

Unfortunately, it looks like Easter will be Moister because we'll be getting
a Soaker.
