I hesitate to use Rotten Tomatoes ratings because I still haven't forgiven them
for giving "Road House" a 41% on the Tomatometer, but then I see the audience
score is 66% and I just figure folks can't see genius. Or my hair. But that's
okay, all you Philistines can go see the remake coming out with Jake Gyllenhaal
(you kidding me...Donnie Darko as Dalton? I THINK NOT!), but I'll stick with
the original.
Speaking of the original, when looking at that forecast, I think "I thought you'd
be bigger." Well, those totals could be bigger, of course, or they could end up
being a bit less. I'm just glad they're there at all. Would love to see these maps
get completely reset with the upcoming rain chances Monday and Tuesday.
There's a winter wheat crop out there needing a drink of water, so this feature
presentation could end up being a billion-dollar smash hit. And the hits don't
stop there...we might see another decent chance of rain later next week, as
hinted in the 8-14 day outlook.
So as you celebrate Easter this weekend, here's hoping for soggy eggs, rabbits,
and a bit of rain on your parade.
