Some new dimension

Yeah, now THAT song is in your head, but at least it will be raining whilst you
sing it over and over in your thoughts. The least you can do is give yourself a
great voice for that earwig. I'm going with Slim Whitman. Now THAT voice is in
your head (youngsters...google). We have a typical early spring setup for today's
weather, with a storm system moving in bringing all the normal players: dryline,
cold front, chance of showers and storms, some severe later today with a very
low (but not zero) chance of tornadoes.

You can see the cold front in the Mesonet data, now through the western Panhandle
where wind chills are down into the 20s. The strong southerly winds ahead of the
front are slowly drawing a bit more moisture into the area from the south.
Dewpoints are in the 40s and 50s, signalling that this is March and not May!

Here are the outlooks for today from the Storm Prediction Center. Main threats
are big hail and severe winds...but again, not too bad.

Watch for a cool week with a few chances for showers and storms. No bigtime
severe weather is on the scope as of now. A bit warmer as we get into the
weekend with lots of sunshine.

Still have that earwig? Okay, I'll help.

NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP, NEVER GONNA LET YOU DOWN, NEVER GONNA RUN AROUND AND
DESERT YOU!

There, your Eurythmics earwig should now be gone.
