Dumb and Summer
Hey, even I, Mr. SummerTime himself, has had enough of the heat. There's really
not much to say in this Ticker, even. I mean, I love the heat/hate the humidity.
And it's not even that humid! The heat index map above isn't ghastly or anything.
There are no 110s on there. But 105 in the Panhandle? When the actual air
temperature was lower than that?
*GASP* That part of the state is reserved for LOWER heat index values. That's why
it's considered semi-arid. Well, more of the same through the weekend before
we get a semi-cool front through early next week. Maybe a smattering of rain
here and there to hiss on the pavement as it falls.
Wow, Mother Nature. A whole few hundredths of an inch in central Oklahoma.
Just when I thought you couldn't possibly be any dumber, you go and do
something like this... and totally redeem yourself!
