Turkey Week forecast

Yes, it is Turkey Week, and I expect I'll see some of you Turkeys out and about
over the Holiday weekend. Compared to some year's past, this is about as boring
of a Thanksgiving week to write about that we could (not?) have asked for. A
not-so-cold front here and there.

An ever-so-slight chance of rain with one of those fronts on Tuesday for eastern
Oklahoma. Bone dry out west looks like. There will be a marginal risk of svr
storms on Tuesday for SE OK, but again, nothing too nasty appearing at this time.

Other than that...BORRRRINNGGGGG!!!

Now none of this helps the drought at all, nor will it help later on when day-
to-day weather conditions warrant fire danger concerns. It is indeed way too
dry for this time of year. The only advice I can give is to start basting those
turkeys now, lest you end up with the Griswold Family turkey feast.
