The State Sees 70 Degrees Again!
The Mesonet's first 70-degree temperature of spring (climatologically speaking,
of course) showed up today in the Oklahoma Panhandle! (excuse the exclamation
points, but simple things for a simple guy!)
Goodwell hit 70 degrees after a low of 25 this morning. Most of the state
saw temperatures rise into the 60s. The northeast was the only holdout with
highs in the upper 50s.
That 70-degree reading at Goodwell was the highest temperature recorded by the
Oklahoma Mesonet since January 22.
It's a start!
