Seasonal Freeze Map Updated

Due to this week's frigid start, the number of hours spent below the
freezing mark increased dramatically across the state.  Here's the
December 11th incarnation of the autumn freeze map, which shows the
total hours below freezing since October 1, and the lowest temperature
achieved (for lack of a better term) during the period.
