Ticker Administration Begins Second Term

Here's a news item that somehow managed to evade wall-to-wall network

marked the fourth anniversary of the first Ticker message. Much has
happened since, but the Ticker makes this solemn pledge: we'll
maintain the wit, insight, clarity and writing standards you'd
expect from a four-year-old.
