No Ticker This Week

The Ticker staff is taking this week off in order to write a thesis.
Through a long negotiation process between the Ticker and Mother Nature,
tentative arrangements have been made for a boring, although hot, week
in this part of the world.  A large upper-level ridge has been very
helpful in coming to these terms.

However, in the event that the week isn't suitably boring, or if it
