Dreaming of a White Christmas?

We do take requests at the Ticker, and we've been asked by more than
one subscriber for the date of the last "White Christmas".  So, using
a definitions of "at least one inch of snow on the ground on the morning
of the 25th", here is a list of the most recent dates for selected
