Week's Rainfall Takes Bite out of KBDI
The rainfall of the last week has beaten back Keetch-Byram Drought
Indices to less severe levels across most of Oklahoma. The KBDI is
used largely in fire-danger-related applications, but it can be used
as a crude indicator of soil moisture conditions near the surface.
