Oklahoma Peanut Leafspot Model On-Line

Peanut-growing enthusiasts will be delighted to hear of the 1999 opening
of the Oklahoma Peanut Leafspot Model.  This year's model features a
revamped leafspot growth simulator, a color map displaying leafspot
"infection hours", and an interactive recommendation form which will
allow growers to determine (based on their input) whether it's time to
apply fungicide.

Rumors that sporty tailfins would be added to this year's model
were apparently false.

Tornado Debris Travels 50+ Miles?

I spoke with a woman who lives near Luther who found cancelled checks
from Chickasha and Moore on her property today.  She reported that her
neighbor found the same also.  Chickasha and Luther are about 60 miles
apart.
