More July Tidbits

The *average* temperature at both Walters and Waurika for the month
of July was 90F.  That's not the average high temperature, it's the
average overall temperature.

In the entire month of July, the Ringling Mesonet station never observed
a temperature less than 73 F.

Of the 114 Mesonet stations:

*  77 topped 105 F at least once in July.
* 111 topped 100 F at least once in July.
*  56 had an average high temperature above 100 F in July.
* 108 had an average low greater than 70 F (all non-panhandle stations).
*  13 stations never observed a temperature less than 70 F in July.
