I'm not a cool man




The Ticker today is gonna be like how long my relationship with shampoo lasted:
short and sweet.

Don't laugh, it's a lot easier to wear sunscreen on my scalp now.

As we showed in  yesterday's Ticker, our mild summer was even more mild last
week over the weekend.



Yesterday marked a transition from that burst of late-September weather, back to
early August.





So we're back in the saddle again. The hot will peak on Friday, but last
through the weekend into early next week before relief arrives again with a
cold (i.e., kinda cool) front.





Not much rain, though.



But, as a reminder, it's August, so get used to this for awhile.



I told you not to laugh, but it's okay to cry a little.
