Realist
https://ticker.mesonet.org/archive/20230322/90day-rain-totals.png I've watched the weather patterns since the beginning of January with wondrous abandonment (I have NO CLUE what that means, it just sounded good, sort of like "peanut brittle"...what the heck is that and who thought it up??) as the rains, at least the significant moisture, continues to skip the areas *roughly* to the north and east of I44. With our coming storm system for tomorrow and Friday, the hope is there for some of that rain to slide up to...NOPE, hope is dead, again!

As the graphic suggests, you can be a glass half full/glass half empty kind of a person, or you can just admit that what we have here is glass half full/glass mostly empty situation going on. At least the tornado meter is pegged close to zero tomorrow (BUT NOT ZERO). Hail looks to be the big threat. As always, don't stand outside when it's hailing lest you get knots on your noggin faster'n you can rub 'em.

So that hatched area on the hail outlook sez that there is at least a 15% chance of significant hail (is there any other kind?) of at least 2" within 25 miles of a point...within that hatched area. However, and stay with me here, if significant hail does start to fall, that means there's a near 100% chance of significant hail within 25cm of THAT point!
You know who would take a big of significant hail if it meant getting some significant rainfall along with it? Well, just about anybody NW of I-44 I'm betting. Maybe the folks in the Panhandle?

At any rate, it will be warm today and tomorrow, at least part of the day for some tomorrow, so enjoy that spring whilst it's here.
