Early EARLY fall...like 2nd week of September stuff. Highs in the 80s, lows in the 60s. Yeah, I know what you're saying: "Gary, you are so awesome!" You're darned right I am, but you're also probably saying "When do we have highs in the 80s in the second week of September?" Well, it happens...thus, Jul-tember. Just like the longer you can spend ABOVE normal in January, the better your winter will be.
