Post-Front Recovery Package
Southerly winds are returning to Oklahoma this afternoon, despite the valiant resistance of the eastern third of the state.
Here are a few standard Mesonet subscriber maps which provide good information on days like today:

Cool Rains Noted on Stream Gauges
The rains and cooler weather of the last few days is evident in the stage indicator and temperature indicator of several Mesonet/OWRB stream gauges. These images provide a running look at the last seven days at each gauge.
Here are the three most dramatic examples of the cooldown:
Cottonwood Creek (near Guthrie): http://www.mesonet.org/data/public/owrb/stream/meteograms/stream.zcot.gif
Kingfisher Creek (near Kingfisher): http://www.mesonet.org/data/public/owrb/stream/meteograms/stream.zkin.gif
Sand Creek (west of Bartlesville in Osage County): http://www.mesonet.org/data/public/owrb/stream/meteograms/stream.zsan.gif
