Didya know?

Great news...while I am indeed out sick, I found out I have been nominated for
the Phlegm Hall of Fame!

Wait, now I'm being told it's the "Phlegm Hall of SHAME."

Remember when Frank Burns got sick and he said "I feel like my head weighs
50 pounds?"

Yeah, that's me.

Oh well, at least I'm being recognized for something. And before you go "ick!",
understand that nobody reads on a Friday so this is all a figment of your
imagination. In my case a fevered imagination. Am I even writing this at all?

At any rate, being bored out of my skull (which is full so no room for me anyway)
laying around watching Bob Barker on The Price is Right and being too tired to
get up and change the channel when "The Young and the Restless" comes on (I may
be having fevered dreams of a few decades ago), thought I'd drop a quick Tick.
It does look like we're gonna be warm for awhile, and not just my forehead.

Before you Fall doomsayers out there raise a ruckus (you ever see a raised
ruckus...it's not a pretty sight), keep in mind that the air will be fairly
dry, and that low humidity will allow for some deliciously crisp mornings and
very pleasant evenings.

That dry air also comes with no rain, or alternatively speaking, doesn't come
with rain. Choose whichever grammar you prefer.

We're on the downward slide towards Winter, so those cold air afficiona...
officiana...lovers will get there's soon. Give it about a month or so.

Now, hopefully my tomato soup and grilled cheese is on the way.
