Gore-Tex
I’m away at a conference (I tried away at a manger, didn’t work for me…and the
cow patties were too much), learning and stuff, but even I’m dreading what’s to
come this weekend after I’m home.
No, not my monthly bath! The visit from the Arctic. How does highs in the teens
and 20s, lows in the single digits, AND wind chills below zero sound?
I thought so. You like frostbite, Claude?!?
For example of the loveliness of what’s to come, check out the wind chill
forecast for Monday 6am, Noon, and 6pm.
Temperatures do ok to modulate after that (and we all know just how painful
that can be!), but this cold snap will be enough to last awhile. There will be
a chance for light snow, but nothing like the last two storms.
The fun arrives Saturday morning. I arrive Wednesday afternoon. They are NOT
one and the same.
