We don't get fooled again!
Whoooooo, are you. Who who. Who who.
NO no no. That's that OTHER CSI show, the original. Hey, it took me so long to
find the CSI: Miami opening song lyrics that I'm darned near outta Ticker gas.
Come on, early 2000s TV watchers, you remember the magic of David Caruso's
opening one-liners, the putting on the sunglasses right as the music reached an
anxious cacophony (English to Okie translation: "making a racket") of synthesizer
magic!
"YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"WE DON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN!
But hey, that was 20 years ago. We're more worried about 5 days from now. If you
look at the latest forecasts and you're hoping to catch the totality of Monday's
eclipse down in SE OK (or surrounding environs), you had better go Canadian.
No, not go TO Canada. Root for their forecast ensemble. Here are the various
cloud cover forecast outputs for Monday afternoon from the Canadian,
American, and NWS-Blend of models (this one is zoomed in above).
We're 5 days away, of course, so lots can and probably will change between now
and then. Here's a link to Pivotal Weather's "Eclipse Watch" page so you can
keep abreast of the latest forecasts going forward.

As for us in the next couple of days, we're actually on a possible freeze watch
across northern OK, but don't be shocked if a few more freeze-prone places
make it down to 32 or below.
Looks like tonight's forecast...just became a cold case.
"YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"WE DON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN!
