FIRE FIRE!

Hey, before we forget! Uhhhhhhhhhh...

Oh! Hey, before we forget, congrats to Burneyville for tying our all-time record
high temperature yesterday for anywhere in the state on any January 10 dating back
to the 1880s (previous...Woodward, 84 degrees, 1911)! Not too shabby, huh?

Also congrats for being named "Burneyville," which is pretty cool, too.

But we set our sights today (and our Mesonet sites) on the extreme fire weather
conditions setting up across far western Oklahoma. As that cold front approaches
from the west, we'll see those winds kick up to 50-60 mph out that way, the
humidity drop into the 10-15% range, and well...you know the rest.

We'll see above normal temperatures again today, then a big cool down for the
next couple of days. Not as warm today as yesterday, and not as cold tomorrow
as "really cold" in January. Just cold.

HOWEVER, it will be windy tomorrow so it will feel much colder than those actual
air temps.

Still waiting on rain. Maybe, just maybe something later into the weekend and
early next week?

And maybe...just maybe, it'll last a bit longer?
