News Flash: It's Hot
In case you were wondering, it's hot in Oklahoma today. Nearly every
spot in the state hit 100, with the exception of some chilly 97s in
the northern corners:
The statewide-averaged high temperature of 103.28F ranks as the 25th
hottest afternoon in the 14+ years of the Mesonet, and the warmest
since August of 2006. Expect the placement to creep up into the
top 20 before the day is done.
