Ticker Building: Nature's Picnic Table

No weather story in today's Ticker, just a photo.  Last Friday,
the Ticker Building was visited by a male American Kestrel and
his (unwilling) dinner companion.  Kestrels are not very common
this far southeast, so it was an exciting show ... except for the
associated blood and gore.
