A strong cold front scouring across northwestern Oklahoma ... plus a
western dryline ... plus gusty, humid southerlies in advance of the
front. Ahhh, springtime in Oklahoma. Hey, wait a minute ...
An advancing cold front plunged panhandle temperatures into the
lower 50s this afternoon. Boise City's 2:00 pm temperature of 51 F
was 40 degrees less than yesterday at 2:00pm, and was the coolest
observation in the state since June 1st.
Kenton's temperature of 56 F was 37 degrees less than at 2:00 pm
yesterday, while the dewpoint temperature of 49 F was ten degrees
greater! That's a change from 14% to 81% relative humidity.
