Oklahoma: Tropical Paradise

This part of the country is a long way from the jet stream lately,
and it shows.  An upper level storm meandering into the region from
the east is not very common at our latitudes.  But that is what's
happening over the last few days, even though it's something you'd
see more often near the equator.
