Freezing Update

The vast majority of Oklahoma made it through the weekend without
being threatened by sub-freezing temperatures, but a handful of
panhandle stations experienced a few hours below 32F.  The graphic

Only Boise City dipped below 28F (the definition of "hard freeze")
for more than 15 minutes during the weekend.
