You Don't See THAT Very Often

Will Rogers allegedly once said "If you don't like the weather in
Oklahoma ... (insert time period here)"

Anyway, it rang true today.  At 2:00 pm, heat indices and wind chill
indices were both simultaneously significant in different corners of
the state, as a stron cold front draped across Oklahoma.
