Low Temps!

Well, today's Ticker was essentially written by sunrise.  No matter
how hard the crack Ticker staff worked, nothing is going to top this
morning's low temperatures.

Some areas in central Oklahoma dipped into the upper 30s this morning
for the first time since mid April.
