Oklahoma Dispersion Model Now Sports Forecast Weather

In addition to forecast dispersion conditions, the Oklahoma Dispersion
Model now includes graphics which display the NGM MOS Forecast weather
conditions for certain time periods.  These weather maps display a
limited set of forecast surface conditions, after interpolation to a grid.
The maps are available for forecast times at 3-hour intervals up to
60 hours in advance.

The companion dispersion condition maps are still available.  Both are
accessible via the "Forecast Conditions" sub-heading of the Oklahoma
Dispersion Model.
