Just a quick Tick today, but I'm sure you need one more campaign commercial, and
this one is for a good cause...the comfort of, well, me!



WINTER IS COMING! AIIEEEE!!! Okay, maybe I shouldn't be that skeered. It's already
gotten cold, after all, and some folks have seen a freeze already.



The one coming up this weekend will be the first for most of us, however. There
won't be any problems with frozen precip (although we might see some in the NW
Thursday as precip chances increase over the next three days. But after that,
just cold and dry with lots of sunshine. Very November-ish for Oklahoma, but maybe
a tad early.



Okay, since 'tis the season, I'm going to pull a flip-flop. I'm going to welcome
this freeze, because from what I'm hearing, a lot of folks are suffering from
allergies. I don't know if it will help much, but even a little bit would be
welcomed by those afflicted.

Besides, why fight it? If we're not careful, we could see a doozy of a front
early next week. Might not stay frigid for very long, but might as well make
it a gradual immersion into winter. Freeze this weekend, then *MAYBE* even
colder early next week.
